Welcome to Reflective Sound & Tint. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Online Store & Product Sales

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be 100% accurate.

  • Pricing & Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.

  • Fitment Guarantee: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product purchased is compatible with their specific vehicle make, model, and year before placing an order.

2. Installation Services

  • Appointments & Cancellations: Installation services require an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Vehicle Condition: We inspect all vehicles prior to installation. Reflective Sound & Tint. is not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues, mechanical failures, or damage to the vehicle that is present before we begin our work.

  • Custom Fabrication: Custom enclosures and fabrication services require a non-refundable deposit. Once custom work has begun, the deposit cannot be refunded.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Opened or Used Electronics: For security and quality control reasons, opened electronic components (e.g., amplifiers, head units) cannot be returned unless they are deemed defective under warranty.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Labor charges, custom-cut window tint, and custom fabrication services are strictly non-refundable.

4. Warranty Policy

  • Authorized Dealer Brands: As an authorized dealer for Alpine®, AudioControl®, ARC Audio®, Morel®, Viper®, MB Quart®, Maxxsonics®, and GG TECH®, products purchased from us carry the full manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Non-Authorized Brands: For products from Audiofrog® and SoundSkins®, we are independent installers. Any product warranties are limited to those provided directly by the manufacturer (if applicable), and we make no claims regarding factory warranty coverage for these specific brands.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflective Sound & Tint. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to loss of vehicle use, loss of time, or loss of data/settings in vehicle computers.
